  • Are the likes and followers I'm getting real?

    Yes, because your account manager interacts with the accounts in your niche so they are already interested in your content. Unlike most of our competitors, we do not sell you followers. Your account manager helps you manage your account to increase its exposure by engaging with the targeted audience, which results in people following and liking you back by their own choice.

  • Is Growlee safe?

    Yes, your account's safety is very important to us. We have also used Growlee for our own Instagram accounts for years. Unlike other services, we stay within all Instagram limitations. We've also never had an account get banned. Just send us an email at anytime, if you have any concerns.

  • What should I care most when using Growlee?

    We are in this business for 3 years and we are always testing our algorithms for a long-time. We are trying to give you the most reliable service on the market :

    First off all, we highly recommended to connect your Instagram account with your Facebook account; this increases your account safety.

    You should not have a new account. So please make sure that your Instagram account has a profile picture, a bio with at least 10 words in it and at least 9 published photos from your own phone

    While using our services, we recommend avoiding doing actions (like, comment, follow, unfollow) via your phone. The less number of simultaneous account access, the less chance of getting error. You can still like your friends photos or send messages but doing it too much is not recommended

    If you have more than 300 followers, you can use all actions. If you have less than 300 followers, it is recommended to use only like activity. You should just turn off comments and follows on your targets.

  • Is there any chance that Instagram will ban my account if I use Growlee?

    Firstly, you should follow the rules above. To be honest, we are in this business for 3 years and worked with more than 15.000 accounts and we only see a few accounts get ban. All of these banned accounts were too new and haven't had any photo in their accounts. So the probability is less than killed in a car accident. Connecting your account to our services will not ban your account. Growlee only acts as your second phone.

    But in any case, just always be careful about your content.

  • What should I do if I use multiple Instagram accounts on Growlee?

    That's very common to have multiple Instagram accounts. But just make sure to not have same profile pictures, usernames, passwords, bio for each of your accounts.

  • How can I get an invoice for my Subscription?

    After you make payment, please go to settings page of your Instagram account. At the top section, there will be a "payment" button. Please click at "payment" button, then you will see "Payment details" button on Payment Page. After clicking "Payment details" you can find your invoice there.

  • Do you accept all payment methods and what should I do if I have problem on payment page?

    We accept credit cards, debit cards, paypal and some local payment methods based on your home country. All of these payment methods are high-secured payment methods. If you have any problem on payment, just send us an email at team@growlee.co

  • Do you have an affiliate program?

    We want to encourage our users to recommend our services to other users. Please send us an email, we will give you details about it.

  • Which "Speed" should I use?

    We recommend you to start using with the Slow or Normal activity speed. During this time, you should focus on your photos on your account. Don't forget that if you want to reach more people, you should get other people's interest and curiosity in your photos on Instagram. After using Growlee for a few months, you can increase your speed.

  • Following action doesn't work on my account. What should I do?

    First of all, keep in mind that Instagram considers follow and unfollow actions as the same action. If your account was doing the unfollow action in the last 12 hours, it is normal to see less number of following actions.

    You may have exceeded Instagram's limits. So in this case, you should decrease your "Speed" to slow or very slow.

    You can also try turning off "Unfollow" action when you want to use "Follow" action. That's because it doesn't make sense to run following and unfollowing at the same time with high speed.

  • Could you give me detailed explanation for the tips while using Growlee?

    You should not use bot services.Your subcontracted social media account manager is already doing lots of actions for your account from a different location. You should not put your account in risk.

    You should start slow. We understand that you paid for the service and want to get most of it immediately. But nothing good comes quickly and easily. To be honest, it takes time. Our duty is to make you have real followers. So we are trying to target the exact audience that you tell us to target. As you know, real people are not always on their phone and obviously real followers will like and follow you if they like your photos. If you have low quality photos or unrelated photos to your target, your account will not grow quickly. That's why you should have good photos related to your target audience so Growlee can increase your likes and followers dramatically.

    You should keep your comment templates creative and neutral. You can use our predefined comments always, but they are just there to start quickly. You should create your own comments. For example, if you are a traveler, you can use "Hello from the other side of the world" with a hand emoji. This will work most of the case and you will get "Hello back" or "Where are you at right now?" kind of comment replies. But if you are a local business, it is not gonna work. So just keep it related.

    You should not follow too many people. You can not follow more than 7500 people on Instagram.  We recommend you to have 40% follow/unfollow ratio. For example, if you have 5000 followers, you should start unfollowing when you hit 2000 following. No one wants to follow an account with 7500 following.

    You should choose your target list well. Firstly, you should know who your real target audience is. Keep in mind that your target audience are the real people who might like your photos. Always ask yourself, if you were one of these people, would you like or follow your account? Then try to tweak your strategy. We recommend yo add at least 10 active hashtag targets.

  • Will I lose the followers if I stop using Growlee?

    No! The followers you gained as a result of using Growlee are real and follow you because they are genuinely interested in your content. This means that they are at their own will to unfollow you or not, just as you would unfollow somebody else. Unless your content gets dramatically worse, it's unlikely that you'll have issues with people unfollowing you.

  • How do I cancel my service if needed?

    Very easy! Just login to your account, click on the "Settings" button, click on the "payment" button, then choose "Cancel Payment". You will receive a confirmation email that your account has been canceled.

  • Does your service still work after recent Instagram's algorithm change?

    Yes! Instagram has recently changed its algorithm but we have adapted to the change very quickly. We've changed our system so that we still work within Instagram's limitations and our service is still running successfully. That's why we see users coming from other failing services.

  • Why does Growlee want my Instagram password?

    So as we explained in the previous question, Growlee acts as your second phone to connect to your Instagram account and do the actions i.e likes, comments etc.) on your behalf. That's why, it needs your Instagram password to connect to your account.

    We understand that it is very important for our users. Even some of our users have more than 1 million followers and their businesses heavily rely on their Instagram accounts. That's why we never store your passwords. We haven't had even a single complaint about this because it would be also very bad reputation for our business. But we are proud to keep our business trustworthy.

    All other services store passwords which is very vulnerable. But we never store your passwords. We only send them to Instagram to authenticate your account. If your account disconnects, you are required to enter your password again. If we stored your passwords, we would connect you again automatically, but that's the reason we want you to enter it again. We know it is less practical but 100% safe and secure.

  • I can't add my Instagram account to Growlee because it stuck at verification step. What should I do?

    1- Please make sure that you have disabled two-factor authentication on your Instagram account. To turn it off: Please open your Instagram app and tap the top-right corner, then scroll down and tap Two-Factor Authentication. Then please tap Require Security Code to move to the off position. Then please choose "Turn Off" in the popup message.

    Now try again adding your account on Growlee. Then choose "Verification by Email" and check your email address for Instagram Verification Code (That's the email address that you used to sign up on Instagram, not Growlee). After receiving the code, enter the code on Growlee.

    2- If the above solution didn't work, you should link your Instagram account to your Facebook account. To link: Please go to your profile and tap in the top right. Then please scroll down and tap "Linked Accounts", then tap "Facebook" and login to Facebook.

    If none of these works, please try adding your account 3 more times without waiting much. And try again after a few hours because Instagram servers may not be refreshed or down when you did the actions.

  • Why do I receive "Suspicious Login Attempts" on Instagram App" after connecting my account to Growlee?

    Your subcontracted Social Media Manager is connecting to your account from a different location and the Instagram app sends you a security warning to notify you about this connection.

  • What should I do if I want to remove any information related to my account?

    That's easy. You just need to login your Growlee dashboard. You will see 3 vertical dots next to your account profile picture. Please click at it, and choose "logout". This will disconnect your account from our servers. Your account name and profile picture might still appear there.

  • Unfollow action doesn't work on my account. What should I do?

  • What are the most important tips for growing Instagram?

    Actually, there are no official tips for Instagram, but we are experimenting with lots of criteria for 3 years and we came up with these tips at the end of our experiments:

    Age of your Instagram account

    Your number of followers

    Your engagement rate(commenting, liking)

    Your active followers/inactive followers ratio

    For example, +6-month-old Instagram accounts can follow more than new accounts, accounts with a high number of followers can follow more than accounts with a low number of followers, active accounts with high engagement rate can follow more people.
